Notes from our Green Buyer

Don Angel is a farm in Huehuetenango, Guatemala, which is one of our favorite coffee regions in the entire world. Renardo Vides owns the farm which sits at 1800 MASL. This coffee is classic “Huehue,” a bright citrus front with a creamy finish for a versatile, crowd-pleasing cup that leaves you wanting another cup!

Notes from our Roaster

One of the particular aspects (generally speaking) of an average Central American coffee is its balance and singularity. It’s not what makes them “unique” per se, but what makes them approachable—clean, sweet, and enjoyable. Don Angel is singular, but it’s far from simple or boring. A a stone-fruit sweetness paired alongside a creamy body creates a great mouthfeel and a pleasant cup. Good for drinking anytime with anyone!
