Barista

Coffee Production Manager

Retail Director

Coffee Production

Technician Assistant

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Onsite installation, troubleshooting and maintenance for all coffee equipment
  • Remote technical support and troubleshooting for all equipment
  • Train customers and operators on functionality of all equipment
  • Quick responses to all phone calls or email inquiries
  • Perform preventative maintenance on machines and auxiliary equipment as assigned
  • Keep ongoing schedule of all equipment needing regular maintenance
  • Conduct continuous process improvements in relation to safety, reliability, quality, productivity and costs
  • Maintain inventory of all parts and supplies
  • Document all work performed

Chocolate Assistant

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Perform regular, daily tasks to create and package chocolate bars
  • Organize, clean, maintain chocolate-making schedule
  • Talk with customers and clients to educate and sell chocolate
  • Fulfill orders and track inventory
  • Track and document metrics

Kitchen Back 

Are you a worrier? Are you indecisive and non-confrontational? Do you enjoy working both alone and with people? Do you prefer a consistent daily structure that you can depend on?  Do you love a pre-prioritized list that you can crush through? Are you obsessed with “getting it right”? Do you hate surprises?   • Follow recipes to prep and bake off food for the café
  • Prepare food items for customers
  • Remain organized and help prepare/maintain schedule and track metrics
  • Maintain a clean area in a consistent, fast-paced environment
