Tart Peach, Orange Juice, Magnolia
|Guji, Ethiopia||2100 Meters|
The Wolichu Wachu washing station is located in the Uraga District of Oromia. It works with nearly 4500 smallholders in the district, most of whom farm on half a hectare. 90% of the coffee processed at Wolichu Wachu is Bourbon, which is very uncommon for Ethiopian coffees. Water used to wash these coffees is sourced from a nearby spring. Look for notes of tart peach, orange juice, and magnolia.
