Sol de Mañana was started by our friend, Pedro Rodriguez, as an attempt to revitalize the productivity of Bolivia’s coffee industry. Due to poor and unsustainable farming practices, Bolivia’s coffee production would yield as little as 10% of their annual harvests. Sol de Mañana is a program that works directly with these farmers, educating them on sustainable farming techniques and empowering them to take part in the future of Bolivia’s coffee production.
