In 1982, Fredy Morales began coffee cultivation on the mountain farm named for his grandmother, Rosemarie. The steep slopes of the Sierra de los Cuchumatan presented Fredy with unique infrastructure challenges, but also provide the mild climate that makes the area ideal for coffee cultivation. The farm is committed to a sense of social responsibility, providing schools and medical care for its employees. This coffee distinguishes itself with notes of tart orange, amaretto, and milk chocolate.
