Abdella Nabi Galgiyo has proven himself a visionary from the beginning. In 1982, he began trading coffee between the town of Hawassa and other small surrounding communities. Eventually, he acquired a dry mill and started a small-scale cooperative to move larger quantities of coffee to export. As his operations became more successful, he started his own farm. Two years later, he's processed his first farm-lot for export. Look for notes of clementine, peach jam, and red wine.
