Limeade, Honey, Cream
|Guji Zone, Oromia||2150|
Neja Fadil's wet mill has about 250 contributing farmers from neighboring villages in Tobitu Tuta Kobele, a district within the Guji region of Ethiopia. Neja built his own washing station after years of collecting cherries for surrounding wet mills. This particular lot comes from 45 of the contributing producers. Their cherries are collected, allowed to ferment for two days prior to washing, then dried on raised beds. Look for notes of limeade, honey, and cream.
