Our long-time friend and partner, Luis Pedro Zelaya, is a legend of Guatemala. Luis has since brought fresh and innovative perspective to Guatemala's coffee production. The history of the Zelaya family can be traced back to the early 1900s. It's often that Luis Pedro will help us discover remarkable Guatemalan coffees that he believes we'll enjoy roasting. He recently informed us of the Jolimex Cooperative in the Huehuetenango region of Guatemala. Look for bright notes of apricot, caramel, and amaretto.
