Tart Cherry, Honey, White Wine
Brothers Julio and Gregorio Palli and their neighbor Martin Chirinos operate their farms in the remote Copacabana settlement in the heart of Caranavi province. They have worked in coffee their entire lives, making use of traditional practices and eschewing the use of chemicals or pesticides. Julio is also a member of the Sol de Mañana Project, which helps to spread sustainable farming practices among small coffee producers in Bolivia. Look for notes of tart cherry, honey, white wine.
