Aurelio Villatoro operates Finca La Esperanza which is tucked in near the Mexican border in La Libertad, Huehuetenango. Aurelio comes from a tradition of humble coffee producers in “Huehue.” Through their hard work, they consistently produce top coffees in the Cup of Excellence competition. This cup is bright, with notes of red apple, caramel, and pastry.
