Our friend and partner, Luis Pedro Zelaya, owns and manages the Concepción Chuito farm which rests at a high altitude on steep hills in the Antigua region of Guatemala. A nearby pig farm provides ample compost to enhance the rich growing environment. This remarkable coffee features the tart and juicy sweetness of orange cream and cantaloupe with hints of cacao nibs.
