Our friend and partner, Luis Pedro Zelaya, owns and manages the Concepción Chuito farm which rests at a high altitude on steep hills in the Antigua region of Guatemala. A nearby pig farm provides ample compost to enhance the rich growing environment. This remarkable coffee features notes of sweet pepper, brown sugar, and rosemary.
